We LOVE Pets!
We allow two pets per apartment. 70lbs combined weight limit.
Pet Fee: $500 for one pet; $250 for a second pet. Pet fees are non-refundable.
Pet Rent: $20 per month (one pet); $40 per month (two pets)
Maximum Security Deposit of $4000.00 (refundable) or $700.00 Sure Bond will automatically apply.
*The following breeds are prohibited whether pure or mixed breed: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Rottweiler.
